\nIf the room is booked 30 days prior to check in date, 50% advance.
\nIf the room is booked less than 30 days prior to check in date, 100% advance.

Cancellation policy:<\/strong>
\nAmendment of date is possible subject to availability but no refund at any cost.
\nNo amendment of dates if it is less than 7 days of arrival date.<\/p>\n

\nCheck in time has to be before 6.00 pm \/ 18:00 Hrs, as we are in an island we strongly recommend check in before sunset because of the difficulty in transportation to the island in night. Check out time has to be before 12 Noon. Late check in is subject to the availability of the transportation. Checkout after 12 noon is subject to 100% of room rate. Check out time is 12 Noon<\/p>\n
