Extra bed available Max of 1 person per room:  – Rs 500 / Rs 750 high season (August – March).

Non A/c rooms or unavailability of A/C Rooms due to technical reasons will be Rs 250 less on the above cost.

All Rates in Indian rupees.

Advance policy:
If the room is booked 30 days prior to check in date, 50% advance.
If the room is booked less than 30 days prior to check in date, 100% advance.
Booking will be confirmed only after the amount received in our bank account as per the terms mentioned above.

Cancellation policy:
Amendment of date is possible subject to availability but no refund at any cost.
No amendment of dates if it is less than 7 days of arrival date.

Check out policy: 12 Noon
Check in time has to be before 6.00 pm / 18:00 Hrs, as we are in an island we strongly recommend check in before sunset because of the difficulty in transportation to the island in night. Check out time has to be before 12 Noon. Late check in is subject to the availability of the transportation. Checkout after 12 noon is subject to 100% of room rate. Check out time is 12 Noon
